Position: Full-time Bookkeeper/Titan Operator/Office Administrator
Probationary period: (6) calendar months from date of Full-time hire.
Hours of Work:
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Any additional hours shall be paid at time and one half the regular hourly rate.
Lunch Period: ½ Hour Unpaid Lunch
Duties as determined by Secretary Treasurer/President and as revised as necessary when required, and or hours of work.
Starting Wage Rate:
Effective date of Hire: $ 21.00 Per Hour
Effective after 6 Months of Service: $ 23.00 Per Hour
Yearly Salary Review in January of each year by the Executive Board
Minimum $1,000.00 Honorarium to be paid every December (2017 shall be $500)
COST OF LIVING ALLOWANCE (COLA)
Paid in the months of March, June, September, and December, first full week of the month.
Pension Plan: (After 1 Year of Full-time Service)
After 1 year service Pension – Employee contribution $100.00 per week
1st YEAR – 6% at 3 weeks
If an employee in the second and subsequent years of the above carrier
greater credits than allowed then their holidays will be adjusted to reflect the
greater of the two places of employment.
After 5th years 4 Weeks
December 24th – ½ day December 25th December 26th
December 31st – ½ day January 1st January 2nd
Family Day Good Friday Easter Monday
Victoria Day July 1st Civic Holiday
Labour Day Thanks Giving Remembrance Day
Will be celebrated on the actual day, however if your birthday falls on a non-working day it shall be celebrated on the closest day of either Friday or Monday.

Sick Days: 6 paid each calendar year
Attendance Bonus: Any unused sick days shall be paid out each December 31st.
In the event the employee does not used any of their sick days they shall receive 2 float days to be utilized in the following year on mutual agreement.
